POLICIES
Shipping information - Orders are processed and shipped
within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Expedited orders will receive priority processing over regular orders.
Standard Shipping and Processing Charges - Shipping charges are calculated
before any promotional discount is added based on the current price of each item (including the reduced prices
of clearance items or select items with a limited-time reduced price). Once you enter your promotional discount
for clearance and specially priced items, you will often incur shipping charges calculated based on the listed
clearance or limited-time reduced price of each item.
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business
days. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service. For Standard
and Express Delivery rates, consult the tables below.
Sales taxes - We are obligated under law to collect sales tax for shipping
to Pennsylvania addresses.
Order tracking - As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will
be sent to the email address provided in your account.
Returns and exchanges - At Carrie Anne's, we stand by our products and your
satisfaction is guaranteed. If you wish to make a return, we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange
within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returned shipment must accompany
the original receipt, in its original packaging, unwashed, & in saleable condition. Due to health
regulations, used textile items cannot be returned. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
